Throughout his career, Noor has worked alongside public-sector organizations, defense partners, commercial enterprises, senior executives, and international stakeholders, helping navigate complex operating environments and pursue strategic growth.
Those experiences revealed a recurring pattern.
Many challenges could be solved through stronger strategy, better execution, and trusted partnerships.
Others required entirely new technologies, infrastructure, or business models.
That insight led to the evolution of Impetas from a performance consulting company into a broader strategic platform — and to the creation of Impetas Technologies as its venture development and innovation subsidiary.
Today, Noor leads the company's strategic direction, government and commercial relationships, international growth, and venture development initiatives.
